Refund policy

Cowboys and Astronauts welcomes returns on eligible merchandise assuming product is unopened, unused, and returned with original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase date and will be processed as follows: A full refund matching the original purchase price will be issued within 15 days of purchase or a store credit will be issued matching the original purchase price within 30 days of purchase.

All "End of Season" or redline items, whether purchased online or in store, are final sale and ineligible for return or exchange. Additionally, underwear, swimwear, sunglasses, jewelry, self care, sexual wellness products, and Mission Retrograde are not eligible for returns or exchange.

Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and, for all items returned, a tracked shipping service must be used to verify delivery.
