Returns and Exchange Policy
Cowboys and Astronauts accepts returns on eligible merchandise* assuming product is unopened, unused, and returned with original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase date and will be processed as follows:
A full refund matching the original purchase price will be issued within 15 days of purchase
or
A store credit will be issued matching the original purchase price within 30 days of purchase.
Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser and, for all items returned, a tracked shipping service must be used to verify delivery.
*All end of season, closeout, or marked down items, whether purchased online or in store, are ineligible for return or exchange and are final sale.
*Additionally, underwear, swimwear, sunglasses, and sexual wellness products are never eligible for returns or exchange.
A seasonal return variance applies to all purchases made between November 24-December 24, 2023. In this case, a full refund matching the original purchase price will be issued within 15 days of purchase, or a store credit will be issued matching the original purchase price if the return merchandise is physically received in our store on or before January 31, 2024.
Requesting a Return or Exchange
Returns are processed during our normal business hours. To start the return process for an online purchase, please use our online Return Center below. Once your package has been received and inspected, a store credit will be emailed, or a refund will be issued in the original form of payment within seven business days. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place. Please note that banking institutions may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
