We don’t introduce new styles like this (a product that nearly everyone has made or makes) without having something special to offer. Here we owe much of the construction interest to the quality of make from 40+ years ago, game jerseys that we grew up with or sought out from vintage shops. The devil is in the details and with our new Rugby there are a-plenty! Cut-away double layered cotton twill collar, heavily bar-tacked herringbone neck tape, dense hidden buttonhole tape, gusseted armholes, reinforced placket opening, heavy gauge 7/1’s combed jersey fabric, and 2x2 rib cuffs…and a reminder, the best rugby's don’t use rubber buttons which are difficult to use and feel like a knuckle to the sternum when tackled.
